There are several factors that impact the cost of renting a party bus. A few of those factors are

• Type and capacity of the bus
• Number of people traveling
• Total distance to be covered
• Total rental time

Usually, the cost to rent a party bus in Las Vegas is between $100 to $300 per hour.

Hiring a party bus for celebrating events is in trend. There are several occasions for which you can hire a party bus. Those occasions can be a birthday party, bachelor party, bachelorette party, prom, quinceanera, etc.

From flavored drinks to alcoholic beverages, you can drink anything on a party bus. It is absolutely legal. Also, you can drink as much as you want as the chauffeur shall take care of the driving and navigation.

Sorry! Smoking is strictly not allowed onboard. However, our drivers will be more than happy to make stops for your smoke breaks. Just let them know when and where you need that break.

We welcome people of all ages onboard. But, whenever alcohol is present on the bus, we can’t allow anyone under the legal drinking age. For our guest’s safety, we always see everyone’s valid identification.

Typically, we operate our party bus service within Las Vegas. But, we do serve outside Vegas for special tours like Red Rock Canyon Tour, Grand Canyon Tour, Hoover Dam Tour, Pahrump Valley Winery Tour, Valley of Fire Tour, etc. If you wish to plan a tour outside Vegas, please share details with one of our sales executives on (702) 840-7888.

We would recommend you to book a party bus in as much advance as possible. Early bookings will allow you to choose the vehicle of your choice, and that too on your preferred date. In general, you should make bookings 2 to 4 weeks in advance.

From Sunday to Thursday, a minimum of four hours and on Friday and Saturday, five hours minimum is required. Certain events have other minimum requirements.

Of course! You can bring food of your choice on the party bus. But, we recommend you bringing dry food items or snacks. Spilled food or stains which are difficult to clean may require an additional fee.

We accept all major debit and credit cards for initial deposits. You can pay the remaining amount in cash to the driver.

Of course! You can do a physical inspection of the vehicle. Just talk to one of our sales representatives over the call so that we can arrange a time for your visit.

As industry’s standard, you should tip 10-20% of the total rental cost. Also, you can decide the tip based on your ride experience onboard. We recommend paying gratuity in cash to the driver at the time of pickup or drop-off.

Customer safety is our priority. We are fully licensed, and all vehicles carry valid liability insurance to cover you and your guest inside during transit.

We require about 15% to 20% as an initial deposit via credit cards. Therefore, you must have a valid credit card while making reservations. The card remains on file until the completion of the rental in case of cancellation or damages.

All our party buses are well-equipped with disco lights, an LED screen, a DJ sound system, plush leather seating, restroom facility and a mini-fridge.
